ONU – Riapertura del reclutamento in Italia

By admin | giugno 27, 2011

The Nuclear Proliferation International History Project is a global network of institutions and individuals engaged in the study of international nuclear history through archival documents, oral history interviews and other empirical sources. Recognizing that today’s toughest nuclear challenges have roots in the past, NPIHP is transcending the East vs. West paradigm to work towards an integrated international history of nuclear weapons and their role in geo-politics. NPIHP’s research aims to fill in the blank and blurry pages of nuclear proliferation history in order to inform scholarship and public policy.

AKF (Afg) has been operating in Afghanistan since 2003. AKF (Afg)’s approach is based on long-term commitment that is maintained through political and social uncertainty. Across the years it has achieved strong support from and collaboration with its stakeholders, partner agencies and beneficiaries, and it has consistently earned the respect as one of the most reputable and performing non-profit development organizations in the country.

AKF (Afg) has a large number of diverse staff; over 1,800 national and international regular staff for the past couple of years, who are spread across the central and northern parts of the country. To support its rather complex operational  demands it has consistently applied a merit-based performance management and recruitment system which is oriented towards flexibly responding to its dynamic programmatic demands/growth, allowing internal talents to grow, and acquiring fresh talents from external sources.
